I would really like to come, but I need a ride.

Where can I stay during the weekend?
Check out our list of lodging options
and be sure to let the clerk know that reservations are for alumni of Berea College.
I just arrived, where do I go first?
Your first stop should be to check-in at The Hub (Lincoln Room of Boone Tavern).
What is The Hub?
is our one-stop shop for check-in, weekend schedules, important information, attendees lists, and refreshments. The Hub is located right next to the front desk at Boone Tavern in the Lincoln Room.
How do I know what's going on?
The events schedule
can be found here
, as well as a mobile friendly version that can be accessed by scanning the QR codes around campus. If all else fails, check in with our staff at The Hub. We WILL NOT be distributing paper schedules this year in an effort to go paperless.
How much does a wristband cost?
Wristbands are $10.
Children 12 and under are free and do not require a wristband.
Everyone that purchases a wristband by Nov. 1, 2013 will receive a pair of BC shades and be entered to win a one night stay for a return visit at Boone Tavern.
What does my wristband cover?
What DOESN'T my $10 wristband cover?
The Berea Fund Color Run
and Sunday Brunch
at Boone Tavern will be additional pricing.
What if I don't purchase a wristband? Can I still come?
Of course! Everyone is welcome to come, but you will be on your own for food at the Block Party, BereaFEST and The Main Event. Berea College is not making any profits off the wristbands. The purpose it to help cover some of the food cost. If you go this route, please still let us know you're coming by pre-registering

Getting hungry...where do I go for a meal if I am not participating in a planned meal event?
Head over to the Alumni Building and have a meal in the newly renovated Dining Services! You will enjoy delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. You can also try out Boone Tavern or Berea Coffee and Tea. If you are looking for other lunch or dinner options, Papaleno's and Main Street Cafe are right on College Square.
I lost my cell phone! Where should I check to see if my lost items were found?
Please check with our staff at The Hub in Boone Tavern's Lincoln Room. Someone there can assist you in trying to track down any lost items. You can also contact the Public Safety office, located in Woods-Penn next to the Alumni Building.
